"Oh my PKCell" over battery

Description
Changes the battery pick up sound to DankPods saying "Oh, my PKCell".
Turns out that when recharge your item by clearing a room, this sound will also play.

Tested on Repentance+.

think you could figure out how to make it only on battery pickup? its pretty funny but gets kind of annoying hearing it every second room on item recharge
