Moka Playable Race

Description
A playable Moka (Moka Akashiya from Rosario + Vampire) race. This file contains the mechanics where the item, "Moka's Rosario" adds her powers rather than limiting them (as in the anime). the Roleplaying version has been uploaded, and will not require this mod, but it would be best to turn this mod off if you use it.
Also, if any graphic designers and experienced modders are willing to get behind this project as well, I would like some custom textures for the rosario and a better look for the race (one that actually looks like Moka.)

@Demon_Lord Darkness because I left Skyrim behind a long time ago, and there's not really any other reason to update it given that Bethesda are no longer updating the game either. I'll still respond to comments and help as much as I can, but I'm no longer going to change anything.

@Trucker_ats_spin I can assure you it wasn't. Skyrim is a fickle game, and will crash for any multitude of reasons. But I have thoroughly tested this mod, as well as collecting feedback from others who have used it, and aside from its incompatibilities, it cannot cause a crash.

@Trucker_ats_spin yes, like all mods, it will crash your game if you run it alongside incompatible mods. There is a list in the description of all known interactions, or you can test it yourself by deactivating or reactivating mods one at a time.
