I like the idea and the option. If you struggle with power try using the rimatomics mod, provides loads of power after research :)

Seems that it isn't working for me. ENIAC still takes 5k. Might be a mod compat issue on my end though.

according to https://americanhistory.si.edu/comphist/pr4.pdf the ENIAC used about 150 kilowatts "80 kilowatts for heating the tubes 45 kilowatts for generating d. c.
voltages, 20 kilowatts for driving the ventilator blower and 5 kilowatts for the
auxiliary card machines."
