Turret 360 v2

This is a fully automated turret that rotates 360 degrees. It makes a short stop when detecting an enemy, it oscillates the spread of guns and sensors, and it can rotate left or right instead of having to repeat a circle when losing it's target.

MARKING:
RED - firing tick generator.
YELLOW - system start / clockwise rotation.
GREEN - fuse.
BLUE - rotation stop.
BLACK - sensors and control of turret barrel spread.
PURPLE - rotate left.
ORANGE - rotate right.
