There is only 8 companions you can have in total that won't have problems with each other. Yes, you can have all the companions you'd like but you will run into some complaining.

Firenits dislikes it when you fail a misson. when you lose a fight you can sometimes never see your heros again or they get sold of captured

Imo Katrin-Marnid-Nizar group is nothing compared to the alternative. However the 5 member group advantages is really debatable. I chose Bunduk-Deshavi-Klethi-Jeremus-Ymira one, mostly because of a great scout (Deshavi) and an awesome medic (Jeremus)

Did anyone make a couple of tests whether it's possible to keep companions happy even if there are people in the party they dislike? It would be awesome to have 17x10 Trainer skill in lategame and being able to train a hundred recruits into T4 units in 3 days ^^
