Hairless Tushkan 35% Chance

Description
Like my other related mod, this gives the Tushkan a 35% chance to spawn hairless, for more variety. For a 100% Hairless Tushkan spawn rate: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3517780567 (Deprecated and not tested with 1.6)

Awesome mod! Always love more variation :) Idea: maybe a mod that has a very low chance to spawn a slightly larger (and slightly slower for balance) tushkan? Inspired by rbwadle's Zone Kit tutorial https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lPlO4XekUKs (obviously not as big as in the video since it's too much lmao)
