HL2: RTX Health & Suit Wall Chargers

Replaces the Health and Suit Chargers from RTX with a Baked AO and heavily tweaked textures to make these look as good as I humanly can in the source engine.

Tools used:
-Crowbar (Decompiling)
-Blender (Porting models and baking AO)
-chaiNNer (Converting normal maps)
-Materialize (Creating edge maps)
-Krita (General Texture editing)
