Ripple-Carry 8bit Adder using Counters

This is a 8bit adder which mostly uses counters, developed for my counter based computing idea, it is meant to avoid constant signals in hopes of allowing much larger logic gate counts without hitting the activation signal limit.

im currently too tired to write detailed descriptions going into depth about each function and known issue so i might come back for it later
