So,now you can stun or shock players and npcs(snpc) with this weapon.
Has three modes:Normal,Stun,Shock.(will be selcted randomly)
Tested in multiplayer with bots
Left Click - stun/shock your enemy.
Right Click - recharge energy from your suit batteries.(20 batteries per 1 energy)
Also, you can kill stunned or shocked npc or player.
More players/npcs values will be saved,for example:models,armor,health,ammo,weapon clips and etc.
You can found this weapon in folder "HL2".


Console Vars:
gmod_stunner_dmg_min - minimum damage of hit.(Default - 2)
gmod_stunner_dmg_max - maximum damage of hit.(Default - 6)
gmod_stunner_firerate - fire rate of weapon.(Default - 3)
gmod_stunner_stun_time - duration of stun enemy.(Default - 2)
gmod_stunner_shock_time - duration of shock enemy.(Default - 6)
gmod_stunner_ragdoll_time - time when ragdoll removed.(Default - 120 + duration of shock.)
gmod_stunner_shock_effect_enable - when 0 then effects aren't shown.(Default - 1.Bool type)
gmod_stunner_unlimited_power - when 1 then energy isn't spent.(Default - 0.Bool type)
gmod_stunner_stun_chance_min - minimum chance of stun.(Default - 1)
gmod_stunner_stun_chance_max - maximum chance of stun.(Default - 10)
gmod_stunner_shock_chance_min - minimum chance of shock.(Default - 11)
gmod_stunner_shock_chance_max - maximum chance of shock.(Default - 15)
gmod_stunner_normal_chance_min - minimum chance of normal hit.(Default - 16)
gmod_stunner_normal_chance_max - maximum chance of normal hit.(Default - 20)
