If you're playing Hail Columbia, taking the decision will render the Indian Removal JE impossible to complete because it checks for pops of particular Native heritages. This typically happens within the first few years so it's not as big of an issue as the Pacify that Steppes JE for Russia.
I have encountered problem with "Pacify the steppes" russian journal entry. It checks for countries with kazakh culture but this mod merges all central asia into one central asian culture. Therefore it is impossible to annex kazakh subjects. May you consider changing basic culture in central asia to kazakh or remove kazakh from list of cultures to be merged.

Note: some states may end up having duplicate homelands, however that doesn't change anything, don't worry.

First of all, I appreciate the concept behind this mod and the way the merges are handled is generally solid.
However, I’ve run into a critical issue: when multiple cultures are merged, the resulting new culture only retains the homeland of one of the original cultures, rather than combining all the homelands of the merged group. This leads to an inaccurate and restrictive homeland setup for the new unified culture, especially in cases where the merged cultures were spread across different regions.
This undermines the utility of the mod, as it introduces inconsistencies with how homelands should logically function post-merge. It would make far more sense (and be more functional gameplay-wise) if the new culture inherited all homelands of its component cultures.
Just wanted to flag this in case it's something you can address in a future update.
Thanks.
