Unable to download / verify integrity of game files!

If you're unable to download / verify integrity of game files for Counter-Strike 2 this guide might help you out

During a competitive game I was disconnected and received error on main menu that there was issue with my PC blocking the VAC system and I'm unable to have stable connection with it.

When I tried to go and verify integrity of game files it just stayed at 0% no matter what I tried.

After that I uninstalled Counter-Strike 2 and noticed that after trying to download the game it had "DOWNLOAD QUEUED" as a status, here is a fix on how you should be able to download the game again.

Step one, browse local files.

• Right click the game
  
• choose manager
  
• Click "Browse local files"

Step two, delete Counter-Strike Global Offensive folder.

After doing the step one you will find yourself in "Counter-Strike Global offensive" folder.

• Look at the folder address bar
  
• Click common
  
  
  
  After you've clicked "common" on folder address bar you most likely see multiple games.
  Do following steps:
  
  • Find "Counter-Strike Global offensive" folder.
    
  • Right click the folder.
    
  • Press option to delete folder.
    

Step three, shut down your computer.

• Shut down or restart your computer.
  
• Turn your computer back on if you pressed Shut down.
  
• Install / Download Counter-Strike 2 again.
  
  If it still wont download Counter-Strike 2 go to Steam Settings > Downloads > Clear Download Cache and press the "clear cache" button as clearing the download cache might resolve issues downloading or starting apps.

if it doesnt work and you just installed Faceit for counter strike, it is probably interferring with your download, i had to uninstall Faceit in order to be able to install games again
