League of Legends Reload Victory Defeat sound pack

A simple mod replacing the empty mag sound on every weapon with the "no mana" sound from League of Legends. As a bonus a Victory and Defeat ingame music is replaced also with cues from League of Legends.

If it doesn't work after subscribing, go to console while in Insurgency (~ key) and run "snd_restart" command to clear sound cache.
