Constantinople End Trade Node

Description
Makes Constantinople an end trade node which now receives trade from the Ragusa node. Venice and Genoa nodes are no longer end nodes and transfer to Ragusa allowing Byzantium or Ottoman players to more effectively control Mediterranean trade. The trade node color is also changed from an Ottoman green to a royal purple.
