I have noticed the developer has made the Adult Behemoth smaller in recent updates. But I say NO!
Now it is 150% larger than before.

开发商最近跟新把成年噬天巨兽缩小了。现在我把他放大到原来尺寸的150%

It show be working, for those who can not activate the mod, see changelog

@ w.girl27, no mod at all. LOL, I uploaded a picture of my behemoth, which has 62 M. But some people in the community have 90 M by having a 64 homeworlds with mega and other ascensions at the beginning of stage five. CRAZY!!!

@Daisuke, use Gaia planet and Virtual Ascension, you could have more than 15M at first, when time goes by every 6 months, after a very long time. The VI Behemoth could go near 100M

@Daisuke 4.3 million are rookie numbers... in vanilla the best i got was 30 Million on my stage 4 behemoth. this is using weavers to boost it's stats (mostly evasion), aswell as having as many pops as possible working the transferance job (it gives %fire rate and armor). hope this helps in your ravenous endevors ;)
