Go to C:\Program Files\Common Files\PUBG and locate the Uninstall.exe, open it and proceed with deletion.
it should delete it from services too, but to be extra-cautious i'd suggest you press Win+R >services.msc > Zakynthos Service > right click > type of launch : disable .
