Ellis Poster Head

Description
This is a reskin of Ellis's Hat to look like his hat from the swamp fever poster. This is my first Workshop upload. All criticism is welcome, good or bad.

The blue part is darker and more of a royal blue and the tow truck is now yellow @Kicknsomebutt
