3 Helpful Tips For You (from my experience)

I highly recommend choosing and building your base up on oak tree, because:
- very safe place from raids and other insect attack
- best place to farm, kill and loot wolf spiders
- base in the middle of all map
- is located nearby
- nearby is a pond, BURG.L laboratory and other important structures and resources

Also, best place for base is on pond, because:
- fresh food always - tadpoles
- under located laboratory
- important and valuable resources nearby
- very safe place from raids and other insect attack

If you want to quickly, safely get a lot of insect parts and still stay in the bonus, then do this - go to the insect you want to collect, hit it and carefully lead it to the nearest anthill (I do not recommend taking it to the ''old anthill''). At the anthill, the ants will start attacking the insect, all you have to do is hide nearby and wait for the ants to deal with the insect. You will stay in the bonus, because you will also be able to collect ant parts. Go to the anthill, be sure to have a full set of red ant armor!
If you still can't make it to the anthill, don't worry. You can do the same with other insects, but it will be a little more difficult and dangerous: How? - do the same thing you would do if you were going to the anthill, but instead of going to the anthill, find another insect nearby, like a ladybug, sit on it and wait for the insect you summoned to hit the ladybug, then the ladybug will get angry and start hitting the insect you summoned. Again, wait for one of them to win.

If you want to defeat and kill, for example, a spider, then first of all, I highly recommend (telling from experience) making a bow and a lot, a lot of arrows, you can also make gas arrows, they also help well. Then, when you start attacking the spider, climb to some high place, which the spider cannot reach and that's it, all you have to do is shoot the spider. Wolf Spiders are good at gathering near an oak tree, if you run up to the oak tree roots and start shooting at the spider from it, you will be able to hide well there. (It is better to climb on some branch, as it is high off the ground).

For base building, better use strong walls, for example, stone walls or wood walls.
Do gameplay slow, don't rush, because then you will miss important aspects of the game.
Collect milk mollars and mega milk mollars, they will be very useful.
