Mega City Super Sample Guide

Greetings Helldivers!
The Illuminate have invaded Super Earth and we must defend our mega cities! For the Helldivers among us that are sample hungry and want to play the new update, this guide is for you. For anyone that has dropped into our beautiful cities recently, you may have noticed a stark lacking in the nature department. Without nature in our mega cities there is no super uranium rock for us to harvest from. Instead Super Earth authorities have opted to put the super samples out on display for any city folk passing by. Truly a noble effort by the Ministry of Prosperity. This guide will show you where to find these monuments so the Illuminate doesn't get their hands on our glorious super samples.

The monuments look like 2 Helldivers almost back to back with 4 fire pillars surrounding them.

On the map the monument can show up as two rectangles next to each other with a little sliver of black connecting them in the middle.

It can also show up as a solid black rectangle.

Be careful not to confuse the monument rectangles with the numerous rectangles with a white outline around the map.

• As of May 28th 2025 even with a LIDAR station[helldivers.wiki.gg] the Helldivers super uranium monument will not show up on the map as a POI (the little diamond)

• ^^^ This means that you can't find it with your mouse cursor on the minimap. You have to find it manually by running around.

• Unlike the big rock of super uranium ore[helldivers.wiki.gg], not all the super samples will be in one place, meaning you have to locate multiple monuments around the map to get all the samples.

• The samples will be located in each corner next to a fire pillar. Typically there is only 1-3 per monument.

• (edit)> Sadly its not uncommon for these monuments to spawn outside the mission area, occasionally leaving you unable to get the full amount of super samples.

Confirming these things will happily spawn outside the mission bounds. Twice now I've had to run out dodging traitor bombardments to grab the samples.

I was playing on Difficulty 9 for my testing and have never found more than 3. Its possible that when your in SH theres enough samples to satisfy each monument with the full amount of samples

Both times I have found these monuments, they have had 4 samples each. This was playing on Super Helldive, so maybe that's why.

Something to note is that these monuments CAN spawn on the border or out of bounds. Seems rare but it has happened on more than one occasion.
