Beta Rochelle Icon Restored

Description
I found in the original PSD files a pretty cool beta/concept version of Rochelle's survivor icon and thought it would make for a nice addon. :)

Unfortunately I couldn't find the other survivor icons so its only going to be Rochelle. :(
