As we all know, there exists a serious performance issue in Oriental Empire Mod, which undermines its value of being epic. So, this mod edits the following files to reduce lagging in the game.

common/script_values/00_diarchy_values
common/council_tasks/00_spymaster_tasks

I personally recommend that you use the Divine Cheat Menu as a supplementary tool for replacing the government of Byzantine Empire from administrative to feudal whose effects shown in the picture.

It can also result in vanilla version if you have an under-average PC set. In vanilla the figure of Capture Length in the same circumstance is probably 35s or less. So, it's not that necessary.
