Description
Just a small troop overhaul reducing the maximum level for regular troops to level III whilst equiping them with appropiate gear.

The goal is to emphasize the importance of the noble troops in order to achieve a more realistic experience by disallowing peasants to magically become elite fighters in a matter of weeks, something which has never happened in real history.

The idea came to me from the levy system of INJ2 aswell as from Strat Gaming Guides

I am planning on overhauling the noble troop trees aswell as the current gear distribution to improve potential balancing issues,

id say this is a much needed mod. Thanks fr your work. I believe your idea about overhauling the noble troops is indeed a very good idea. To my knowledge the only mod who overhauls the troops similar to your concept is the 'high middle ages calradia'. But yours seems so much better since theres higher rtestriction. If i may add two cents, would it make sense to restrict elite troops level to 5?
