Better Duchy Buildings

This is a very simple mod that buffs and imrpoves most of the Duchy Buildings to make them all worth it. At least for me i always find my self building the same ones, so i have tried to make all of them more appealing to build.

All of the duchy Buildings have been improved or made better, most of the big changes are in the screenshots above. The basic idea was to make overall the Buildings stronger at the early levels and not completely break the game at the later levels. Also the AI is 2x times more likely to build the Building that buffs their levies, so big AI levy armies are actually scary.
