High Flow Roundabout style highway overpass.

I decided to design a roundabout exit from highways that can handle more heavy traffic than my other ones.

Features:
-Works in base game, no mods required.
-Roundabout feeds from inside lane, working well with base game traffic AI.
-Can place in map editor.
-Can handle heavy flow traffic well.
-Any road can be joined to the 'points' of the roundabout.
