Improved Throw Pills While Incapped (Melee Compatible Version)

Description
An alt version of this https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3482883010, but without the script to make you drop your melee. This lets it be used alongside mods that let you use melees while incapped.

This is an improved version of a past mod I made, which let you drop your pills on the ground to share it with a teammate. This mod improves on the concept by giving the pills directly to a nearby teammate, saving them the trouble of needing to pick it up.

actually i was wondering why not make a mod that lets you pick stuff up while incapped? that might be compatible with use melees while incapped mods.
