I like the SCAR, I don't think it would need that many changes; but I decided to tweak some anyways. Want to see?

Changes:

SpreadPerShot 0.6 -> 0.8
MaxSpread 25 -> 27
SpreadDecay 4 -> 5
MinDuckingSpread 0.05 -> 0.25
MinStandingSpread 0.35 -> 0.75
MinInAirSpread 1.25 -> 2.25
MaxMovementSpread 4 -> 4.5
PenetrationNumLayers 2 -> 3
Damage 44 -> 47
Range 3000 -> 2500
CycleTime 0.07 -> 0.065
