Intro
This guide is intended for players who are just looking for their last achievements instead of new players, as it contains UNMARKED SPOILERS. This is unavoidable because of all the achievements related to mechanics that are possibly/probably/definitely spoilers, and the progression stuff.

Paquerette down the Bunburrows is a game with a lot of achievements, and most of them have cryptic descriptions. There's only a few Steam guides available and none of them discuss achievements, so here I am. Of course, since I haven't collected any achievements in a while (got all of the achievements in v1.0.10 a year and a half ago as of writing this at the end of May 2025) and can't reset my achievements, I can't determine exactly what triggers certain ones, but I'll do my best.
Main list
Easy "do X for the first time" achievements
This covers all the achievements that you naturally get as you fool around.
  • Pâquerette Down the Bunburrow - enter a level
  • Pâquerette ONE... Bad buns ZERO!! - catch your first bun
  • Outsmarted by bnnuy - Reset a level
  • Maybe next time - Go down a level without catching the bun on that level (excluding special cases like W-7)
  • I saw the bunny vent, sus - Have a bunny go through a tunnel
  • Return of the Obra Bunn - enter the Sunken Bunburrow (north side)
  • Toki Buni - enter the Hay Bunburrow (center)
  • A Good Bun Is Hard To Catch - enter the Spooky Bunburrow (south side)

These are the ones that you get just over time if you try to 100% the game.

  • Bun la Bun - catch 100 buns
  • A Bunny's Expedition - capture every bunny inside the Pink Bunburrow (west side)
  • Railbun - capture every bunny inside the Sunken Bunburrow (north side)
  • Opheline's Sausage Bunn - capture every bunny inside the Hay Bunburrow (center)
  • World of Bun - capture every bunny inside the Spooky Bunburrow (south side)
  • Can of Bunholes - capture every bunny inside the Forgotten Bunburrow (east side)
  • Sokobun - capture every bunny in the five main burrows

Computer achievements
These require different computer function unlocks, at different amounts of babies.
  • Only buns - 3 babies
  • GameBunny Advance - 10 babies
  • Where we dropping, buns? - 20 babies
  • The Fragment on Bunnies - 60 babies
  • Don't tell anybunny! - 120 babies

Goofy achievements
These are the ones that just need you to do goofy things.
  • Pretty!! - keep restarting a level until you get it
  • Extreme Makeover: Bunburrow Edition - force a bunny into going to another burrow
  • NO - try hitting a bunny with a pickaxe
  • Containment breach - capture the bun in W-7 (via C-7 and a pickaxe)
  • End their Solitude - breed the invisible bunny in E-8
  • zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz - chase a bunny into an infinite loop so it falls asleep
  • This is my bun! - create a stack in a tunnel, breaking the wall
  • Fibunacci - fuse two stacks
  • Tower of Bunbel - stack bunnies from all five main burrows
  • Bunstack - stack 3 bunnies
  • Bunny Instrumentality Project - stack 8 bunnies
  • High-Bunneh Renmei - stack 9 bunnies
  • Bunna go F A S T - reach the Forgotten elevator in less than 5 minutes
  • Bunnyless - have ten total hours of playtime on one file

The really spoilery stuff
  • Bunny Down the Bunburrow - force a bunny into a situation so it has no choice but to fall down a hole
  • Ascend - unlock the ability to return to the surface (in C-13)
  • A Normal Lost Bun - catch a bunny from the temple biome
  • The Bunos Principle - capture every bunny inside the temple biome
  • Into the Bunburrow - enter the lava biome
  • Hazbun Hotel - catch a bunny from the lava biome
  • Sssssserberus - catch the buns in the levels named after snakes (W-23, W-24, W-25)
  • The Kübun-Ross Model - home capture a certain quintet of buns in levels named after the stages of grief (W-26, N-23, S-5, S-19, S-20)
  • Buntaker - capture every bunny inside the lava biome
  • The Case of the Golden Bun - catch the golden bunny from the pillar room
  • Outer Buns - enter a glitch area
  • Sokobun+ - capture every bunny (not glotch buns)
  • It's so cute! I want to take it home! - get all the home captures (that do not involve a glotch bun)
  • Cambunnian Explosion - get 500 different baby bunnies (that do not involve a glotch bun)
Specific achievements
For some achievements you may need some help. I will not be giving tutorials on achievements requiring captures/home captures or making babies (other than one specific one), other guides exist for those. This guide contains all home capture data and there are a variety of guides that help with making all babies.

Bunna go F A S T
For this one, you need to speedrun to the Hay Bunburrow. Catch all buns in the first burrow as fast as possible, then snag six from the second and blitz down to the elevator (or up to the surface, whichever is closer). Once you make it, go to C-3 and drop down the hole, then back up (do not undo). Burrow to S-3, then oscillate between rooms to refresh your pickaxes. Use this method to end up at E-3, triggering the Temple teleport. Return and dig into the center. Go down until floor E-11, where you should use the normal hole and go down to the elevator room to see the credits. If you managed all that in five minutes, congrats! The achievement is now yours.

Bunny Down the Bunburrow
This one, if you want to get it before making bunnies go down holes is a common puzzle element, requires some knowledge of how the bunnies' brains work to figure out where it's even possible. The bunnies treat holes like walls and will never willingly go into them, except in one circumstance. They rank falling down holes as a better alternative to getting caught in a trap.

The first level with a trap and a convenient hole is N-3. Put the trap diagonally up-right from the hole, then lead the bunny above it and make it zigzag down into the hole.

End Their Solitude
This one just requires that you breed the invisibunny in E-8. The easiest way I found is the following.

Start in C-5 and path around so that you're on the eastern edge of the level on the row above the bun's starting position. Go to E-5 from here, dig a hole, and keep digging down until you reach E-8. Invisibunny is, as its name suggests, invisible, but you can see the exclamation mark above its head as it moves. It starts in the upper left corner. Chase it to C-8, then trap it in the loop in the lower left corner of the level. Dig into the C-8 bun's chamber and lead it in there to stack them.

NO
This one may seem impossible because you can't turn while stationary, but it's actually rather simple. Go to C-4, go up to C-3, path around the edges to get to the far left chamber with your pickaxe intact, then dig to E-3 in such a way that you end up at the bottom of the top-left chamber. Use the shovel on that tile, then use the trap to usher the bun into it. Drop down yourself, the bun runs to C-4, then go to C-4 and press space.

You can also just use the right-side bun in N-13. Whoops.

This is my bun!
This would be easiest to do with tunnel dead ends that bend, but most of those are found deep in hell. To get it early, start at E-1. Beeline to the tile just outside the right chamber's entrance and put a trap there, then coax the bun into the hole. Follow it, then scare the E-2 bun into position at the bottom of the top tunnel chain. Break the breakable block along said chain, then move the E-1 bun up through the tunnels on the right. When it's under the broken block, move into the space below it. The two buns will meet in the tunnel, breaking it and granting the achievement.

Bunny Instrumentality Project/High-Bunneh Renmei
Start in C-20, then break into E-20 and send the bun over. Follow up with stacking W-20 and using a trap to force it back into the hub. Next, enter S-20 from the rightmost tile of the left set of soft tiles, then grab both carrots, break the top leftmost tunnel tile, place a carrot to the right of it, and move left. This stacks the buns, now put another carrot and move down to send them back.

Instead of going to N-20, force the stack down a hole. You will then enter the depth 21 maze of doom. Starting with N-21, burrow into the level from the rightmost tile and stack the bunnies inside the spiral. Break the right wall of their containment, put a carrot, and move out of their way, then chase them down.

Follow with the trivial W-21, then S-21. Stack the buns on the far right, then move the stack up. Set a trap on the farthest right space of the horizontal corridor and a hole in the bottom right corner of diggable tiles, then move the stack across and get it into the trap. Finish by adding S-22 to the pile.

Tower of Bunbel
Solution credit to @Ph3niX, I have reworded and made it more clear. However, their solution and the one suggested here have slightly different solutions for the second stack.

This one is one of the hardest achievements in the game and its solution is, accordingly, a hot mess.

Start in E-2. Dig to the left and drop down, then come back up and repeat so you fall down into E-3. Send either left side bunny across into C-3. Dig a hole to S-3 via the rightmost tile, then send the bun down and follow it. Go back up, then send the bunny into the newly-opened tile and follow it. Dig down to grab the S-3 bun and stack them in C-3, then make a 3-wide gap and scare it down the leftmost tile. Go down the middle, then come up at the left and dig left before sending the bunny back down and going to the new leftmost tile. Go up, then widen the gap by digging right. Spin around with the bunny and send it into the leftmost exit. Go to the rightmost exit and go down, then dig left and come up through the middle. Once up, dig left again and go down.

Go up and scare the C-3 bun into S-3, then dig to the right of the gap and go down so the stack and bun are both scared left. This stacks them. Go up through the left so the stack is now in the main chamber of C-3, then dig at the top left to stack the W-3 bun. From here, dig at the top border tile that's in the same column as the hole to send the stack up to N-3 and stack its bun to complete the tower.

@Ph3niX added. But I think we might have slightly different versions of the last step before stacking them: I made a 3 wide gap at the bottom, led the stack in the middle, led C-3 bun into the left, and entered from the right to stack them.

I just completed the Bunbel Tower, it's going to be complicated to explain i guess, i tested a lot of things to finally have the complete solution. I hope this is as clear as possible, there's a lot of manipulation, especially at the beginning, to get the southern bunny without losing the eastern one.

So: you have to start from floor E-2: dig to the left (or bottom left) of the map to make a hole and when you reach bunny E-3-1 or E-3-3, make it go left to C-3. From there, you have to play between C-3 (bottom right of the map where you are) with S-3, making the bunny go from bottom to top while shifting the path to the left (the bunny goes down to the right and we dig to the left to leave several passages). When we're on the left square of the small tunnel (located at the top right of S-3), you have to dig twice at the bottom and go get bunny S-3-1. It will then go back up with rabbit E-3-1 (or E-3-3). Continue until our "E-3-1 x S-3-1" goes to the left of the C-3 map, move rabbit C-3-1 from the middle of the map to the left to obtain "E-3-1 x S-3-1 x C-3-1", dig at the top left of C-3 and move our buntower to W-3 to mate it with W-3-1, then move our buntower back to C-3, then dig up to the top at the 6th possible square on our return to move our buntower to N-3 and done <3
