Friendly enemies' Brimstone now works quite like yours

A byproduct of developing the Delirious+ mod. Should be quite useful.
(Don't use both mods at the same time)

Unlike the projectile effect converter, there are no new content plans for it at the moment. So I made this effect a standalone mod.
