[EN] Nahida (from Genshin Impact)

Description
From the rainforests of Sumeru comes it's very own Archon.

Nahida is a Healer/DPS hybrid leaning closer to being a healer with an emphasis on teams that many debuffs, with a litany of skills that trigger her own debuffs to deal damage to enemies and heal the party.

Adds 1 Character, 10 Skills, 2 Rares, 1 Lucy Draw, and 2 Synergy effects.

@unu45 The skill 'Quicken' doesn't have a description anymore. It used to require the enemy having Seed of Skandha but I removed that clause. There shouldn't be anything in Skill/S_Nahida_Quicken_Description for you to translate so it can be left blank I think.
