2. 新增了几种区域特化，增加了中后期获得二产的途径，可以把一产区划转化为专精某一方面的研究区划，强度与机械星球/居住站的研究区划一致
New specialized zones have been added, providing a way to obtain secondary production in the mid-to-late game. You can convert a primary production zone into a specialized research zone, like mechanical planets/space stations' research zones.
4. 所有消耗生物质的建筑和区划会提供少量繁殖岗位
All biomass-cost buildings and districts provide a small number of breeding jobs.
5. 增强贸易、科研、凝聚力的2级和3级建筑，它们会增强对应岗位的基础产出，三级建筑不再限造1个
Buff level 2 and level 3 buildings for trade, research, and unity; they will enhance the base output of corresponding jobs, and level 3 buildings are no longer limited to one.
6. 繁殖建筑消耗生物质大大减少，但维护费增加
Breeding buildings consume less biomass but have increased upkeep costs.

Distrct empire size debuff decrease as the planetary capital building upgrades, Pops has 0 empire size.
