Elder Kings 2 1.16 Patch

Description
RUN THIS ON THE MOST RECENT VERSION OF CK3 (1.16), LOAD AFTER BASE EK2!!!

Patches EK2 to work with the new update and DLC, makes Ashlanders nomadic, and changes some of the localisation to fit the theme.

Quick patch so there'll be bugs.

Unable to assign Councilors (Marshall, Steward, etc…). Characters show up to choose from but clicking on them does nothing. Also some clothing textures for mage clothes seem to have an issue. Please fix, love the mod otherwise!

@Shiny Boots after disable all mods i can assign councils again. But i think some other mods also cause this bug, without EK2, "More bookmarks" also cause this bug.

I noticed the following problem on 1.16.2 - it is impossible to assign advisors. They are in the list, but after clicking on them nothing happens. Checked on different states.

@jhowardbeggs paradox updated the body model, so all the clothing and body mesh bones need to be updated, unfortunately unless the EK2 team just uploaded those updated textures by themselves, or into someone decides to update it you'll have to just ignore those glitches.

I don't recognize breton as a real race. Tamriel was promised for atmorans 6000 years ago.
