Accurate GUI Color

This mod changes your UI to the color of your visor! (More Visor Colors compatible, but some colors are wrong with how the brightness is handled.)

This is more of a side project from my other mods, sorta like the Kaboom mod, but I really liked the concept so I decided to upload it.

- Fixed held item GUI not changing
- Mod should be done now
- The tiny icons on items don't change when picking another color, but do change when you update the GUI, i cannot fix this with how those are implemented but it isn't the end of the world.

(the screenshots are kinda outdated, color is brighter and there are no random numbers everywhere, but i really wanted to add some)
