Dali Everyday Grocery Corner (Philippines)

This is a corner building with a Dali Grocery on the ground floor!

Dali is a store chain well-known in the Philippines for their low prices and knockoff products.
They have 600+ stores nationwide and with this asset, that could very well increase when you add it to your city.

There is also a residential version of this building without the Dali.

It has been a while since I uploaded something... I treated this as an exercise of sorts.
This asset is based on a building from Malate, Manila that i decided to make out of impulse.
