More Nomadic Domains

Description
Given that the system for calculating the domain limit is different for nomadic governments, I decided to slightly modify the bonuses for the Level of Authority in nomadic government and increase the limits for vassals and the number of domains. At the highest level, you can have over 100 of your own domains, the number of vassals will not change, and the migration range will be larger. This is not a cheat. It works for any nomadic government (including AI). I made this mod for myself, but I am happy to share it, and I wish you a good time :) ps. WITHOUT THIS MOD at the maximum level, you can only have 6 domains, which is even less than at lower levels.

@fedcba I've shrunk it for you. Download this and paste it directly into your Steam folder and replace the file. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1D54__G_8tSGIhH-HEJth2jmQT7gZbPPl/view

The nomadic government is indeed too unbalanced, with severe restrictions on domain size and vassal count at authority lvl 1-4, and the absolute god tier 'greatest of khans' at lvl 5.

Nevertheless, I think your mod goes too far, with 100 minimum domain size. IRL the main host of Genghis Khan had about 10k warriors, not 100k. The rest were confederates / vassals.

Could you give us a 'lite' version of this mod, with a minimum domain size (at lvl 5) of about 20 - 25?

Why doesn't my modification of the domain_limit_max value in the 00_realm_laws.txt file take effect?

Thank you very much. Yesterday I tried to modify the 00_realm_laws.txt file but failed. Thank you for writing this mod.
