Chicken Jockey NPC

Description
Adds an NPC who says two lines of text.

Frankly I'm not sure if the NPC even spawns as I just used Cheat Sheet to spawn him and get some screenshots for my video.

Also I beefed up his damage and attack speed, see what he does.

he does spawn in! i don't know what the criteria were and his sprite's all messed up please do not fix anything about him
