Gem Exchange Rates
Last updated 31 December 2014

  • 15 gems = $1.99 = $0.13/gem
  • 50 gems = $4.99 = $0.10/gem
  • 110 gems = $9.99 = $0.09/gem
  • 300 gems = $24.99 = $0.08/gem
  • 650 gems = $49.99 = $0.08/gem
  • 1500 gems = $99.99 = $0.07/gem

Obviously, if you want to take your dollars further, you buy gems in bulk, however differences are marginal for larger amounts.

Just gonna point out that you don't ever actually spend a penny to get gems. I've been in a guild for a few weeks and I've earned almost 100 gems already. If you don't mind spending a few months working for them, you can earn these costumes totally free. I totally agree with Kawwak, I would never pay real money for something that just looks so terrible.

The only problem with any of these is wearing one will make it less likely for someone to attack you causing you to get less defends. This will happen because anyone willing to spend gems on a cosmetic likely spent a decent amount of keys/gold. Since defends are cheaper and give an extra reward after X amount, these cosmetics are actually pay to lose.

Those prices are way too high for just cosmetic stuff with such a poor art.

lol - I don't mind games charging for cosmetic stuff like the armour here - but $33.33 for Dragon Armour does sound a bit steep!

These freemium games are worse than the canadian devil.
