Simple way to get EXTRA: Game Speed Modifier:

Find the Roast chicken with a clock in the middle at the end of The Coop.

Head to the right towards the green arrow to locate the Roast Chicken. You'll need to wait for each fence to go away (about 1 minute per fence) before proceeding.
