How to hide the Reticle/cross-hair, Microphone Icon and The Circle/Visual Aide for Earmuff Mode:
For Reticle you simply go into Main Menu then UI (User Interface) and disable 'Show Reticle' if it's on.
For the Microphone Icon you go into Audio & Voice and switch Mic Icon Visibility to When Muted

For the Circle/Visual Aide for Earmuff mode you go to Audio & Voice and disable 'Always Show Visual Aide' or just disable Earmuff mode.
How to hide player's avatars and clear cache:
To hide avatars you need to open the Main Menu, select Shield Levels then Custom and disable everything but voice for all users except friends.

To clear cache, which you mostly get from downloading other player's avatars and going into worlds you need to go to Main Menu, scroll all the way down to Debug and Clear Content&Texture cache.
Make a world into your home:
Your default home world by VRChat can actually be changed, and it's so easy, you just select any world and choose Make Home.
