[HELP] I think I got my sister pregnant

Two months ago, while taking a bubble bath at the family home, I felt the need to satisfy a pressing solitary urge. Once done, I finished washing without changing the water in the bathtub, having forgotten that my sperm were trying to swim in it.

My twin sister took her bath after me. Since we're very close, there's nothing unusual or salacious about this act.

A few days ago, my sister told us she's pregnant. She's panicked, doesn't understand how this is possible, as her last relationship was with her ex-boyfriend, Steven, who died in 2016 when his quad bike exploded while he was returning from fishing.

My mother, Aurélie-Rose, doesn't believe these explanations. Neither does my uncle Fabrice, judging by the sarcastic smile he gave his niece when he heard the story.

Personally, I'm very worried and embarrassed. I can only see one possible explanation: I got my sister pregnant. She now wants to keep the child, convinced that Steven has returned from the dead to bang her while she slept and thus give her a child. :(

I don't know how to behave from now on. When the child is born with three eyes and two noses, she'll ask questions and eventually understand...

So my question is this: which place, between Italy, Greece, and California, do you recommend for a sunny exile? I'll rule out Spain right away, as my brother-in-law Steven has brought enough chutzpah into my life.
