Yeah I put the gambling guy from that one Roblox game into TBOI.

This Character is Sorta Simple.

He starts with an R-Coin that has a 3 second cooldown and infinite uses.

When using the R-Coin it flips the Coin and has a 50/50 Chance to Hurt you for 1/2 Red Hearts or add to your Flip Counter.

When your Flip Counter is 3 Using the Coin will Reroll your Stats.

Rerolling will Heal you and Change your Max Hearts as well as your Speed and your Damage.

Everytime you start a Run and Enter a new Level said stats above are Rerolled in a less extreme case.

Luck also effects Rerolling as having High Luck makes it a 2/3 Chance to add to the Flip Counter instead of a 50/50.

However in return having High Luck Tightens the Range the Amount of Random Heart Containers you get from Rerolling going from 1-6 Containers to only 2-4.

One more thing, You Cannot Flip your Coin if you have no Red Hearts, so no abusing Soul Hearts to get riskless Flips.

Tip: Abuse Devil Deals, He gets Rerolled every Room might as well take them if you have the Heart Containers.
