Extra Debug Lines [REPENTOGON]

Description
This mod requires REPENTOGON[repentogon.com] mod to work.

Adds additional debugging lines for entities while "Debug 1: Entity Position" is enabled.

Currently NPC, Player, Pickup entities are supported only.

Yellow line represents .Velocity direction
Magenta line represents .PositionOffset
Cyan line represents .SpriteOffset

In addition: NPC's prints their current state and I1/2 numbers, while Pickups their OptionIndex
