Better Refueling and C130 sound

Description
I always felt the sound of the C 130, sounded okay, but I always thought it could be better. This addon adds the idling sound of a C 130 during the refueling and take off part of the finale. this also answers the question "Why do so many hordes come when it's a small pump compared to an explosion?" The sound of the C 130 idling is what attracts them.

Well this is a sound mod, but you can use vulkan, it's one of the install options
