Dragonborn Emperor flavor

Description
This mod is not compatible with ULTIMATE Elder Kings (UEK contains an outdated and very buggy version of this mod)

Have you ever wanted to write your own Dragonborn Emperor story?
The Dragonborn trait is now available in the Character Designer, allowing you to create a new Dragonborn character — or become one through a special decision involving the Amulet of Kings, which can be found in Reman III's tomb.
Features include:
A new decision to find the Amulet of Kings
A new decision to become Dragonborn
A new deity of the secondary pantheon: Talos, whom your character becomes after death ;)
A new tenet: Legacy of Talos, perfect for map painting
A new Council of Nine for new faiths
New icons for traits and patrons
New dynasty legacies, modifiers, and men-at-arms
New decisions to add Talos to the other Eight Divines cults
I would be grateful for help with localization

The new update has borrowed the Imperial Province system from the "Imperial Province" mod, but with major changes.
Decisions to create Imperial Provinces are now available to all empires (not just Cyrodiil/Tamriel or the Aldmeri Dominion), except for Eastern and Western Skyrim, and Colovia with Nibenay.
Decisions and events related to the Tribunal have been removed — essentially, only the mechanics for creating new titles have been borrowed.
The update is not compatible with old saves. To avoid breaking your save, it's better not to trigger any decisions related to the provinces.

the decisions to create provinces doesn't appear even if i'm dragonborn. and the legitimacy mechanic is not in EK2 so the emperors divinity decision is not possible by normal means

Is there a way to make this mod and ultimate elder kings compatible?

How do you become Talos in your death and create the new religion and the Council?
@Mother_Cherry Thank you very much! Much appreciated!

Hey just wanted to say fantastic mod, I'm having a blast creating a legitimate empire. Just one question and it might be super dumb, but do you plan on adding new clothes for the emperor? I love the design of Uriel and Titus from the games and think their outfits could be cool. But if thats beyond the scope of the mod or not something you want to do I understand.

@My Bread Isnt Buttered That Way you can use whatever you need
Hey! I've been creating a personal submod for myself and it looks like some people are interested in trying it out. But I utilised a mechanic from your mod with some tweaks and modification. I wouldn't upload without your permission.

How do you get the new legacy to show up to get the Dragon born? does this not work with other mods? Everything else is working but not the new Akatosh legacy line? Loving the mod though :).

Would you consider adding a version of this that's essentially just the Imperial Provinces mod? I totally understand if you don't since it wasn't yours originally, but the original Author doesn't seem to be updating it anymore and I don't want the Amulet of Kings and stuff available in a game unless I'm planning to utilize them

There's a small problem accessing the Tomb of Reman III. I'm a Khajiit, so I'm of the Two-Moon faith. However, I'm literally a "follower of Alkosh," which is literally the name given by the Khajiit to Akatosh. However, I can't enter because you specifically chose the unique "follower of Akatosh" trait. I think it's necessary to also accept the "follower of Akatosh" traits specific to other religions. Especially since a dragonborn isn't necessarily a human.
