I have a possible solution, if you want to use it, I can tell you: Unpack the wmodel, delete the part of QC that involves physics, delete the physics file, then compile QC to get the mdl, replace the original and repackage it. If the problem still exists, please let me know

I did not change the wmodel, I only changed the texture and adjusted the parameters

no like its still there but the world model is sometimes under ground
