MW2022: Black Goat M4 Revamped.

Description
Replaces M16


The revamped version of my old Black Goat M4, with the following changes:

Rebalanced gun's shaders

Slightly tweaked firing sounds

Animation delay fixed

More punchy firing anims

Better round-in-mag colors/shaders

*Forgot to add muzzleflashes

Changed reload/inspect sounds to Beta MW2022 M4's
