Both serve to assist in the process of aiming. I don't use it myself, as it takes a lot of the challenge out of the game. :csgocross:

Snap to target moves ur crosshair to the target if u r close enough to an enemy on ads but does not slow down ur sens, aim assist doesn't snap to ur target on ads but slows ur sens when hovering over a target in both ads and hipfire.

Not sure why they call this Snap-to-Target, rather than Aim-Assist.
