Easy 7 upvotes guide (betalith)

Quick and easy guide on how to complete all seven achievements (only works in betalith update - open beta 0.50)

Welcome!

Today I accidentally completed all seven upvote achievements. Here's how I did it:

Step 1: install beta version / make sure you are in beta version

To access the BETA do the following:

- Open Steam
- Right-click on WorldBox in your library
- Select Properties
- Go to the BETAS tab
- Enter the password: forbiddenKnowledge
- Choose "betalith" from the "Beta participation" drop-down list
- Wait for the game to update the files (if nothing happens, restart the Steam client)
- Launch the game

Step 2: remove all downloaded maps from the workshop

Unsub everything In-Steam:

- Go to the Workshop
- Go to “Your Files” then “Subscribed Items”.
- Click on "Unsubscribe From All".

Step 3: Turn on the game and click on the workshop

No need for more information just do this :D

Step 4: Click on view maps and open workshop

Step 5: Download 7 maps (any)

I downloaded the first few from the first page of the workshop and some extras from a few pages back.

Step 6: Click go back in game and re-open downloaded maps

If it worked, you're welcome, and if it didn't, I hope you can figure out why it worked for me so you can replicate it.

For context the first two I made a complete mistake trying to download all the creatures and traits.
At that moment I was not subscribed to any maps but I had subscribed to other maps in the past and instantly after re-opening the map browser I earned achievements one and two.
When I realized what had happened, I subscribed to five more maps and received the remaining five.
Before the update I had mods installed so if this doesn't work I apologize. If it helps I had the extra traits mod and everything needed to run the game with mods.

In previous versions mods were really breaking the game. I had some bad experiences. But this working withoud mods too is amazing. BUt the creator keeps patching. I found an error too, with a guide for using it but It is fixed in 2-3 days. Lets see from some others if it is fixed or not at the moment.
