An upgrade to Menu Remix with better and organized code.

There have been some improvements to the main menu and some content has been baked in as not configurable.

The music keeps getting turned down all the way to 0 whenever i start the game or join a server. Is anyone else having this "problem" or is it just me? Is it perhaps something in the mod's settings?

For t hose not satisfied with the menu layout there is now a
Menu Layout option to revert it back to the original DST

when i start the game my music volume always put in 0,but when I turn it up again and the game restarts it goes away again, any help?
