Constantin Valdor YellowScribed - Warhammer 40k 10th Edition

Description
This is a simple mod that adds a yellowscribed version of my Homebrew Constantin Valdor for use in Warhammer 40k 10th Edition. His datasheet is in the thumbnail. Already heavily tested by feel free to message me on discord (sternab) with suggestions for balance or further design. He is on a 60mm base in order to be further in line with other Imperium Primarch models. He should also be considered to have the Imperium Primarch rule that allows him to walk through walls with other infantry.
