Distinctable Damage Types (V2)

Description
This is an attempt at making blunt damage and cut damage more distinguishable from one another, but i'm afraid it all boils down to be just another bleeding mod.

I was trying to bring tactical approach to weapon choice, now cut makes less damage but wears down blood meter during fight, while blunt got little damage buff. Cut damage is mostly useful in uneven fights. Blunt damage better in 1v1 and have more chance to cause stumble. Now pick your fights carefully, always have some healing item, and you could make someone a dedicated healer who will hide during combat and heal your squad.

This concept will be more polished in my major "all systems" rebalance. I would like to get feedback with this standalone version, or just make a very very long testing. For future improvements i might change block and attack chances, attack slots, limb hit chance and rebalance weapons.
