I'm here to give you a clean and structured list using information from the Team Fortress 2 Wiki. Introduction
Hello everybody! This is just a neat little thing I decided to put together. I found it incredibly irritating that I couldn't find a proper list of all the Mann vs. Machine bosses. The only one I could find that fit my standards was this lovely community guide: (https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=846327045). But I still wasn't satisfied. Not even ChatGPT could give me a definitive list, and gave me even WORSE results than Google & Bing... I mean what even is this? It got SOME information correct, but there is no such thing as an official Giant Spy or Mecha Enigneer?

That is why I decided to make this list with the help of the Team Fortress 2 WiKi. More in-depth information can be found there: (https://wiki.teamfortress.com/wiki/Main_Page)

So, without further ado, enjoy the list and make sure to spread it if anyone is curious, it did take a while to type this all out so thanks! :D
Decoy Missions: Disintegration (Wave 6)
Disintegration (Wave 6): Major Bomber

Details:
• 40,000 HP
• +30% knockback resistance
• Extra +70% airblast resistance
• Extra +90% vertical airblast resistance
• Regenerates 200 HP per second
• 100% crit chance
• +80% fire rate bonus
• +70% faster reload rate
• +200% clip size bonus
• +50% projectile speed
• -90% rage given to players
• -68% movement speed
• Holds fire until full reload

Description: Major Bomber is an extremely large Demoman giant that fires grenades that are always Critical hits. Similar to the rapid-fire giants, this robot will not fire until it has a full clip reloaded. When it does, it shoots out all its grenades in a rapid succession, killing anyone unaware or too close. Extreme caution is needed to take this robot down, as it has a massive pool of health, health regeneration, and critboosted grenades that can prove fatal. This robot appears as the boss of the mission Disintegration.

Bigrock Missions: Broken Parts (Wave 7)
Broken Parts (Wave 7): Seargent Crits

Details:
• 1.9x bigger in size
• 60,000 HP
• +60% knockback resistance
• Extra +90% vertical airblast resistance
• -90% rage given to players
• Regenerates 250 HP per second
• 100% crit chance
• +50% damage dealt
• +7 clip size bonus
• +30% projectile speed
• +40% faster reload rate
• +80% fire rate bonus
• -50% movement speed
• Holds fire until full reload

Description: This is the juggernaut of all the Soldier robots and it is arguably the strongest robot in the entire game. Similar to the Giant Soldier and the Giant Burst Fire Soldier, it does not fire until it has a full clip reloaded. When it does, it shoots all of its Crit rockets in rapid succession, killing anyone who is unaware or even too close to the attack. All players must take extreme caution to eliminate this robotic threat, as its extremely high health, health regeneration, and Crit-boosted rockets can be a major problem. This robot is the final boss of the mission Broken Parts (Operation Mecha Engine, Bigrock) and he is only supported by Snipers and Spies, although there is plenty of available cash to deal with it.

Bigrock Missions: Bone Shaker (Wave 8)
Bone Shaker (Wave 8): Captain Punch

Details:
• 1.9x larger in size
• 60,000 HP
• +70% knockback resistance
• Extra +90% vertical airblast resistance
• 5.0x damage dealt
• +40% faster firing speed
• Regenerates 250 HP per second
• Provides 90% less rage
• -60% movement speed

Description: This Heavy has an extremely large health pool, combined with regeneration and innate ranged damage resistance from the Fists of Steel makes this behemoth the toughest robot in the entire game. Since melee resistance upgrade doesn't exist, there's no way to reduce its punching damage through upgrade stations. With the punching power of 325 HP per hit, it's capable of killing any non-overhealed class in a single, deadly blow. It's the final boss of the mission "Bone Shaker" (Operation Mecha Engine, Bigrock). As long as the constant flow of Snipers and Spies are dealt with, make sure to output as much damage as possible as its large health pool combined with the Fists of Steel's resistance makes it even tougher than the toughest tank. It's also slightly faster than a Tank. Due to this Heavy's insane amount of health, health regen and bone-crunching punches, melee fighting this bot is not recommended. A Demoknight with max damage plus Crits and Uber might be a viable option, since a fully upgraded critical swing from any of the Demo's swords that have a damage upgrade will deal 780 damage, assuming one has a shield equipped. A Spy is also a great option because backstabs deal double damage to this robot and the Dead Ringer will let a Spy survive at least one hit.

Manhattan Missions: Big Apple Barricade (Wave 5)
Big Apple Barricade (Wave 5): Chief Blast Soldier (Type 1)

Details:
• 1.8x bigger in size
• 35,000 HP
• +60% knockback resistance
• Extra +90% vertical airblast resistance
• -85% rage given to players
• +5 clip size bonus
• +75% fire rate bonus
• +60% faster reload rate
• +20% explosion radius
• Rockets knock back enemies
• -50% movement speed
• Holds fire until full reload
• +4 degrees projectile spread angle

Description: The first variation only appears in the 5th wave of Big Apple Barricade (No-tour mission, Mannhattan). Both variations are exactly the same except in health values. Their rockets are not Crit-boosted and don't have any damage bonuses, making them the least damaging Soldier boss in the game. However, their rockets have insane knockback power, enough to send a Heavy flying across the map. Bodyblocking (standing in the robot's path) can be mildly effective until the robot notices, which then they shoot defenders to knock them out of its way. Heavies can be ineffective against it since the knockback can force Heavies to reposition themselves several times in one fight.

Manhattan Missions: Empire Escalation (Wave 6)
Empire Escalation (Wave 6): Chief Giant Heal-on-Kill Deflector Heavy

Details:
• 1.8x larger in size
• Robot is a Gatebot
• 60,000 HP
• +20% damage bonus
• +8000 health restored on kill
• Destroy Projectiles upgrade is level 2
• +70% knockback resistance
• Extra +90% vertical airblast resistance
• Provides 10% less rage
• Cannot see past 1600 units
• -60% movement speed

Description: (Note: This robot's in-game name is only Giant Heal-On-Kill Heavy) This massive robot can tank 60,000 damage provided that it doesn't kill anyone. It gains 8,000 health on kill from 5,000 health on kill from its smaller counterpart. It only appears in the last wave of Empire Escalation (Operation Two cities, Mannhattan). Its appearance is accompanied with a group of Concheror Soldiers along with 4 Force-A-Nature Gatebot Super Scouts on the top floor 42 seconds after it's deployed. If it gets constant kills, it can walk and capture both gates all by itself. Heavily injured defenders must attempt to avoid it, stay out of danger range, or simply use Uber Canteens if forced to. In desperate situations, suiciding is sometimes a better option than allowing it to gain health. A Medic’s Projectile Shield can help to protect injured defenders and buy them time to get to a source of health. The defenders must not focus all their attention on the Heavy robot however, it provides the perfect distraction for the Force-A-Nature Super Scouts to slip by and deliver the bomb.

Manhattan Missions: Metro Malice (Wave 4)
Metro Malice (Wave 4): Major Crits

Details:
• 1.7x bigger in size
• 32,000 HP
• +60% knockback resistance
• Extra +90% vertical airblast resistance
• -90% rage given to players
• Regenerates 40 HP per second
• 100% crit chance
• +50% damage dealt
• +26 clip size bonus
• +60% faster reload rate
• +80% fire rate bonus
• -50% movement speed
• Holds fire until full reload
• +5 degrees projectile spread angle
• -65% projectile speed

Description: Similar to the non-boss Major Crits, but has 32,000 health from the previous 4200 HP. Otherwise, they are identical. The Medic's shield is possibly one of the best defensive counter to them. This robot only appears in the 4th wave of Metro Malice (Operation Two Cities, Mannhattan. Appears 1 wave before the stronger type of Chief Blast Soldier). 37 seconds after it is deployed, 4 Force-A-Nature Super Scouts with the bomb appear from upstairs, it is best to have them halted and killed before the entire team refocuses on Major Crits again. This boss has the least health out of every robot boss in the game.

Manhattan Missions: Metro Malice (Wave 5)
Metro Malice (Wave 5): Chief Blast Soldier (Type 2)

Details:
• 1.8x bigger in size
• 58,000 HP
• +60% knockback resistance
• Extra +90% vertical airblast resistance
• -85% rage given to players
• +5 clip size bonus
• +75% fire rate bonus
• +60% faster reload rate
• +20% explosion radius
• Rockets knock back enemies
• -50% movement speed
• Holds fire until full reload
• +4 degrees projectile spread angle

Description: The second variation of Chief Blast Soldier appears in the 5th wave of Metro Malice (Operation Two Cities, Mannhattan). It has about 65% more health than its Big Apple Barricade variant.

Rottenburg Missions: Hamlet Hostility (Wave 6)
Hamlet Hostility (Wave 6): Sir Nukesalot

Details:
• 1.9x bigger in size
• 50,000 HP
• +60% knockback resistance
• +600% damage dealt
• +20% explosion radius
• 100% crit chance
• Exploded cannonballs release huge smoke
• -65% movement speed
• -50% clip size penalty
• -20% projectile speed
• -100% fire rate penalty
• -80% slower reload rate
• +5 degrees projectile spread angle
• Holds fire until full reload

Description: This mechanical monster is a Giant Demoman wielding a cannon that shoots out large grenades that have the same smoking effect as the Sentry Buster's explosion. The smoke is large enough to cloak this robot's large body. The robot's grenade deals enough damage to kill any class in one hit or fatally wound them. However, Sir Nukesalot's clip size is halved, reducing the amount of grenades it can fire at once. In addition, its grenades have a significantly increased fuse length and slower firing speed; an experienced player can time its shots and use the opportunity between its fire time to attack the robot or even Ubersaw it for a quick Uber. This robot appears as the boss of the 6th wave of Hamlet Hostility, although it is not the final boss of that mission. It is accompanied by Spies and Engineers, so it is recommended to take them out first to prevent them from causing any trouble and complications.

Rottenburg Missions: Bavarian Botbash (Wave 2)
Bavarian Botbash (Wave 2): Giant Buff Banner Soldier, Giant Backup Soldier and Giant Concheror Soldier (AKA: The Banner Bros)

Details:

Giant Buff Banner Soldier:
• 3800 HP
• +60% knockback resistance
• Spawns with full rage
• +800%
• -50% movement speed
• Holds fire until full reload

Giant Battalion Soldier:
• 3800 HP
• +60% knockback resistance
• Spawns with full rage
• +800%
• -50% movement speed
• Holds fire until full reload

Giant Concheror Soldier:
• 3800 HP
• +60% knockback resistance
• Spawns with full rage
• +800%
• -50% movement speed
• Holds fire until full reload

Description: Giant versions of the Extended Banner Soldiers. The only differences are that these bots have more health and also move slower. The same strategy from the other banner robots applies here. Notably, they appear in the second wave of Bavarian Botbash wherein all three variants appear as a squad, which enables them (and other robots) to benefit from all three banner effects. It is recommended to not activate Crit boosts such as that from the Kritzkrieg first. Prioritise on killing the Giant Battalion Soldier to remove the Crit immunity from the robots, then activate Crit boosts to make quick work of the others.
